• Transactional Data: Payment transaction references, POS bill summaries, and subscription records. (Note: We do not store sensitive debit/credit card CVV or net-banking passwords).
• System Telemetry & Device Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps for diagnostic and security auditing purposes.

KATINGWALA integrates with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (Graph API v21.0) to send automated appointment confirmations, digital invoice receipts, welcome messages, and daily sales digests.
