01. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the KATINGWALA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use the platform.

02. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Salon owners and administrators must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and staff access permissions.
• All activities that occur under your salon account.
• Ensuring that staff members adhere to security and customer confidentiality standards.

03. WhatsApp Messaging Policy & Acceptable Use

Users of the KATINGWALA WhatsApp messaging integration must comply with Meta's Official WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You agree that:

• You will not send unsolicited spam messages, harassment, deceptive content, or prohibited items.
• Messages must be strictly transactional (appointment confirmations, billing invoices, OTPs) or opt-in promotional alerts.
• Violations of Meta's messaging policies may result in temporary or permanent suspension of WhatsApp capabilities by Meta.

04. Subscription Fees & Prepaid Wallet

Subscription plans and prepaid WhatsApp wallet top-ups are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secured payment gateways (Razorpay).

• Prepaid wallet balances are non-refundable and are deducted per successful WhatsApp message sent.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KATINGWALA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

06. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
